The iPhone- and iPod Touch-App Squared Away is a must for any Soldier serving in the United States Army and maybe for Soldiers of other military services as well. Normally sold for 2,99 £, the App is currently free. Squared Away has incorporated the most widely referenced TM’s and FM’s currently being used by the Army. The publishers are veterans (12B), and understand the pains of lugging around large books and reference manuals when conducting sergeant’s time training or having to go to the range.

Squared Away  has fully functional and easy to use versions of:

  • APFT Calculator
  • Army Values
  • Army Creeds
  • Rank Structure
  • Phonetic Alphabet
  • Iraqi & Pashto Phrases
  • 3-22.9 (Rifles)
  • 3-22.31 (M203)
  • 3-32.31 (M9/M11)
  • 4-25.11 (First Aid)
  • 95-1 (Flight Regulations)
