Glu publishes Contract Killer Universal-App as a free one for all iOS-Devices

| March 25, 2011 | 0 Comments

App Publisher Glu just issued the brand-new Universal-App Contract Killer and will shake the Sniper-Games market for iOS-Devices with this 320 MB heavy app for sure. Pulled into a world of bounty hunters, mobsters and criminals, you must check in with your contacts and accept secret missions that only you can handle. Select your weapon from an inventory of sniper rifles, assault rifles and machine guns. Locate your target, zoom in, take aim and go for the headshot to earn cold hard cash. You might eliminate a crime boss and escape without being spotted, or you might walk straight into an ambush…

All the action will take place in Central City. Prepare for your mission and then jump into one of many vantage points within 5 gritty 3D locations. There are 17 Story Missions and unlimited Random Missions provide cash, XP and lots of action. You can choose from 20 distinct weapons including handguns, sniper rifles, machine guns and assault rifles. Or use the Tranquilizer Gun to capture your target or put them down… permanently.

The basic app is free – but as we see it more often and current issues of apps, also this app has a lot of in app purchases avaiable. They range from fresh money to premium sets. But until now, users are not claiming about that. This might change…

Due to delays of BT in installing our broadband (6 weeks is far away from what we expected), we are not able to download and test the app now, we will have a look during the day, as we always have to visit our local starbucks for some coffee and app loading. First users seem to be very impressed.

The graphics seem to be far away from the known Sniper-Games, there must be a reason for the size of the game...
